Kathy's Specialty is working with Anxiety. Over the years, she has perfected a program for working with anxious clients that really gets results. Half-way through their 5-session program, several clients have commented, "Did I really come here for anxiety?" This program comes with:
(1) a set of three training videos totally 7 hours
(2)a manual that includes a variety of hypnosis scripts for working with anxiety, explanation of anxiety issues, with easy to follow charts, and an updated "empowerment session" that uses anchoring to get anxiety manageable after only one session
(3) copies of 4 of the cds that Kathy gives to anxious clients: StressBusters, Anti-Anxiety Mini Sessions Peaceful Sleep and Rainbow Fountain of Healing.

Upon documentation of homework and completion of exam to be provided by Kathy, hypnotists may receive 10 hours of CEU credit for completion of this program. Hypnosis can help your clients deal more effectively with "excessive worrier" issues.  The video program includes a group case study for working with an agoraphobic.
