Polarity Therapy.

Too much shopping, food, TV, alcohol, sex, drugs, video games or internet are some signs that the body is trying to find a release from an imbalance. Polarity Therapy is a healthy alternative without harmful side effects.

Balancing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies, Polarity Therapy acknowledges the differences in life. These differences are represented through positive and negative aspects, such as fast-positive and slow-negative, or top-positive and bottom-negative (like a magnet) within the human body. Neither positive nor negative aspects are right or wrong. They ideally exist in balance, and it is through the challenges of the imbalances that we grow.

Disease and pain occur when one or more elements is out of balance for a long period of time. The five elements of Polarity Therapy are Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. Each element has corresponding body parts. Therefore, pain in a specific body part is a clue as to which element is out of balance.

The Air and Fire elements are positive, while the Water and Earth elements are negative. Ether is the combination of all and is neutrally charged.

Polarity Therapy was created by Dr.Randolph Stone, a naturopath, chiropractor and osteopath. He traveled the world to study different ways to heal the body. Using touches, movements and connections; Dr. Stone trained Polarity Practitioners to increase their physical strength and electromagnetic energy flow.

Air Element

Are you thinking too much? Having too many random thoughts? Are you not balancing the time you spend thinking with equal time for feelings? If yes, an Air Treatment would sooth and help balance this condition.

Shoulder pain frequents Americans. This body part is part of the Air triad. The kidneys are also an Air element body part. Lower back pain is often a sign of kidney dehydration. Drinking more water (a negative element) feeds the kidneys (a positive body part) and helps balance the body.

Since the shoulders and kidneys are connected through the Air element and Air element patterns, drinking water will also help the shoulders. Helping one part of the connection improves the whole.

The other negative element, Earth, can also balance the overuse of the positive Air element. For example, going outside for a walk or meditation near trees, rocks and flowers can be very soothing and healing.

Tune into the simplicity of nature and Earth’s abundance. Let Earth’s energy fill you from your feet up to balance the mental activity. Feel your mental energy dissipate into your heart, solar plexus, legs and your feet. You should achieve greater balance and a new perspective.

Ether Element

Are you moving enough? (Are your joints flexible?) Do you have spiritual experiences? If you answered “no”, your life lacks the Ether Element. Ether is the “space” element. It’s the lightest element that enters your body at the top of the head - the spiritual beginning of your “step down” into the human body.

Your ears, joints and the vertical middle line of the body are Ether in Polarity Therapy. Ether Treatments help create an open feeling within the body especially targeting the joints and spine. Therefore, clients often feel freer in physical movement and freer to move in their expanding spirituality.
